• Prep and thoroughly dry lids and lashes.
• Assistant to hold lid open with cotton tip applicators.
• Position and center incise area on eye.
• Withdraw applicators.
• Unfold drape.
• Gently press incise drape around bony orbit
• Grasp film with smooth-tipped forceps
• Cut through incise slightly below midline.
• Insert speculum, wrapping incise plastic around lid margin.
