Cultura M Incubator has been used for 10 years in the fields of medical diagnostics, food bacteriology, hygiene monitoring, and industrial process testing.

Positioning
The CULTURA can be used in the vertical or horizontal position.

Setting up
- remove from packaging and plug into the mains supply.
- place the shelf in the desired position and stand the thermometer on the shelf.
- switch on and check that the control lamp is lit.
- after 30 mins. the set temperature is reached (approx 35 degree celcius).
Temperature
The working temperature can be changed by rotating the regula-ting screw with a screw driver. Turning to the left decreases and to the right increases the temperature (1mm turn = approx. 1 degree celcius).
Tips
Make sure that the door is properly closed, and do not open it more than 90 degrees. Avoid direct sun light shining on the door. Do not place plastic tubes directly on de floor of the CULTURA -- always use the shelf provided.
