Nitroglycerin Set with DUO-VENT Spike, 133 (3.4 m), PVC Tubing Segment, Male Luer Lock Adapter with Retractable Collar
Nitroglycerin Set (10 drop/mL)
With polyethylene lined tubing, 12" PVC pump segment, DUO-VENT spike, 1 INTERLINK injection site 6" from male Luer lock adapter. Fluid path is non-DEHP with the exception of the 12' pump segment which contains DEHP.
Spike is designed so that 10 drops equal approximately 1 mL. Used often by Anesthesiologists in the OR.
Nitroglycerin Sets
- Baxter Nitroglycerin IV administration sets flow rate range is 0.5-100 mL/hr.
- Do not use the Baxter Nitroglycerin administration sets outside of the stated flow rate range.
- Downstream Occlusions Alarms may be generated at lower pressures than specified in Operators Manual, Appendix A: Pump Specifications, Downstream Occlusion Pressure. This may indicate a possible downstream occlusion.
- Downstream Occlusion Pressure may reach as high as:
- 15 psi (103 kPa) on the low pressure downstream occlusion alarm setting
- 24 psi (165 kPa) on the medium pressure downstream occlusion alarm setting
- 30 psi (207 kPa) on the high pressure downstream occlusion alarm setting
