A surgical scrub designed for healthcare workers in high-risk areas. Meets protocol for surgical scrub, healthcare personnel hand wash, preoperative skin preparation and skin wound and general skin cleansing. Contains chlorhexidine gluconate (CHG), a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent which kills pathogenic Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Reduces microflora after one scrub and provides persistent antimicrobial activity up to six hours after scrubbing.
