Medline offers an extensive surgical drape line. Our standard drape collection features a top-of-the-line SMS fabric, composed of five strong fiber layers for exceptionally high barrier strength.
- Made of 100% polypropylene, SMS drapes are soft and drapeable.
- Composed with the latest generation SMS technology, Medline SMS drapes have smaller fibers and a more uniform fiber lay-down.
- Drape measures 54" x 76" (137 x 193 cm) and includes Split with adhesive, 6" x 24" (15 x 61 cm).
Polypropylene
The standard fabric for basic protective apparel; formed by bonding fibers together to form a single layer of breathable, woven-like material. Its main advantages are economy and comfort, but it also provides light fluid protection.
