- This self-propelled chair has an open-front soft seat that has an anti-bacterial covering. The chair features a user-friendly folding footrest, dual safety hand brakes, two 24" all plastic rear wheels, two 4" all-plastic front wheels, and a fast drying removable mesh back with personal pocket pouch. The armrests have dual anti-slip safety hand grippers.
